If you're looking for a stress free, pushy salesman free and informative and helpful when you need it experience, this is the place to go. Bought my first ever car from these guys after just popping in for a look. They had such a great selection of cars and when I enquired about the car I ended up buying, Ben was happy to give me the keys, let me check it out and just left me to it. Any questions I had, he was happy to help and did so in such a polite and well informed way that I decided I wanted to buy a car from him that day. Really genuine guy who just wants to keep people as customers by providing a great service. I will definitely be going there when I am ready for a new car. Also, can't forget, the car looked amazing the day I picked it up. Not a blemish in sight and ready to go minutes after I came to pick it up. Such an easy and calming experience for something that can be very stressful to deal with

When we arrived at Station 27 we were allowed time to look around before Ben the salesman approached and asked us if we were interested in anything we said we were interested in 3 vehicles Ben then went and fetched the keys for each car and handed them to us feel free to look around and if wanted more information or a test drive just give him a shout ( NO High Pressure sales what so ever) After we had looked around the 3 cars we talked to Ben about our favourite Fiat 500 Ben gave us all the information about the car and then took the wife for a test drive We were very impressed with his knowledge and we told him we had another vehicle to view Ben replied with a smile no problem if you are still interested in our car please come back and see me We went back to Station 27 after we had viewed the other car and Ben came out and offered to go back over the Fiat 500 with us which he still with no pressure to buy and after a short discussion we purchased the car What a pleasure and refreshing experience to go to buy a car and have no pressure put on you so we’ll done Ben you are a credit to your profession Other Dealers should take note

Informative, not pushy, happy to let you spend as much time with the vehicle as you want. Both Wayne & Ben were great, very honest about the cars history. Made purchase simple and quick. Good warranty. I travelled quite a way but it was worth it. Would recommend. Could have offered a coffee though lads haha

Excellent customer service....... I recently purchased a Freelander 2 from Station 27...... After 2 weeks a fault occured on the tailgate. After explaining this to Station 27 they ordered the part and rang me first thing in the morning when the part was delivered...... The car was booked straight in and I was on my way again within an hour!..... I would definitely buy from these again!

Always had a good experience when looking at cars with Station 27, friendly and helpful, without ever feeling pressured. So when we needed a small car, Station 27 was where we wanted to go and happy and confident to buy from them. As this was a surprise purchase additional requests were made to speed up the process and keep this secret before the date. The staff ensured that the vehicle was ready for the Saturday morning of the surprise and everything went perfect with warranty emails etc went to her the week later. We also had to return the vehicle for a central locking fault that was intermittent and we were not aware of, this was carried out the week later. The staff were excellent and fantastic with their communication, an excellent experience buying this vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Station 27.
